• The first 10 connections are deemed paid.

• The sponsor can reach 198 connections.

• The sponsor completes a Program Profile to establish program specifics and make selections from a list of the sponsor's options.

• The sponsor markets the program on its website or by other means using a registration form provided by Speakersmic and a link to the online registration site.

• Registrations are accepted online with payment by credit card, by fax with credit card information included on the faxed form, by phone with credit card information provided as a part of the registration, and by mail when a check is included with the registration or credit card information is included on the form.

• If the sponsor allows unpaid attendees to connect to the program (a sponsor's option), the sponsor is responsible for the $45 fee to Speakersmic. The sponsor is responsible for collecting the cost of the registration from the unpaid attendee/connection.

• The sponsor may request information regarding program registration (numbers, registrant information, etc.) prior to the program by contacting Speakersmic.

• The Sponsor sends speaker(s) contact information four weeks prior to the program.

• Speakersmic sends each attendee a preprogram e-mail three days prior to the program. (Late registrations receive the preprogram e-mail at time of registration.)

• Speakersmic provides techical support to speakers and attendees before and during the program.

• The sponsor may elect to offer the audio portion of the program by either a toll free call or voice over internet protocol (VOIP).

• The sponsor may elect to allow a "phone seminar only" option to attendees/connections.

• Speakersmic will post program materials on a secure site for download by attendees.

• Speakersmic will assist in the question and answer process before, during, and after the program. (This is one of the sponsor's options.)

• After the program, Speakersmic will forward evaluations to the sponsor.

• After the program, attendees may access an archive of the live webinar for 30 days. (This is one of the sponsor's options.)

• Within 21 days after the live program, Speakersmic will remit to the sponsor the amount received in registrations minus fees for sponsor option elections, and fees for unpaid registrants the sponsor permitted to connect to the program. A paper and electronic list of registrant/connections will accompany the payment.

Note: When a sponsor charges $250 or more per registrant and Speakersmic is providing registration services, the sponsor is also charged an additional 5% of all credit card charges processed through Speakersmic's registration system.
