Sponsor's Options Overview
Program Details A sponsor determines the length of the program and the time slot. It is important to analyze your target audience and program content carefully when making these selections. If you are planning on testing or polling your attendees, make sure to allow time for providing instructions and attendee participation.
Under Program Details you will also select your pricing option, and estimate your number of attendees and speakers. Speakersmic's Program Profile can be used to estimate the cost of your program. Our pricing is per attendee/connection, therefore it is important you be realistic in estimating the number of connections you will use for the program.

Delivery Options
There are a number of options that affect the way your program is seen and heard by your attendees. On your Program Profile, under the category of Presentation Options you can elect to offer your program as a web seminar, a telephone seminar, or both. We also ask you to predict the type of visual tools your speaker may use during the live program. This helps us to begin planning.
Speakersmic offers two options for delivering the audio portion of your program. The most common method is connection to the program via a toll free call, but Speakersmic can also provide audio using voice over internet protocol (VOIP). Using your Program Profile you can select either or both options.
If you want a professional on-air presence to manage the pace and flow of your live program, Speakersmic can provide moderator services. This service is a minimum of $300 for a two hour program, add $150 for each additional hour. You may also provide your own moderator or your speaker may prefer to act as the program moderator.
Speakersmic maintains an archive of your program for 30 days. There is no cost to you for this service. You decide how you want to use the archive. You can make the archive available to attendees with the cost of the live program or sell it as a separate product (See Sale of Merchandise). You can make it available to attendees, but limit access to a specified number of viewings. If you want to extend your archive access beyond 30 days, we can do that. Communications with Attendees Under this section on the Program Profile you select options for attendee question and answer opportunities. At your option (and with the speaker's consent), attendees can submit questions before, during, and after the program. Speakersmic can provide a limited-use, dedicated e-mail address for your program to manage attendee questions. This is another sponsor option.
Speakersmic can also administer tests to your attendees. The test can be inserted anywhere in your time slot you feel it is appropriate. In most instances test results are available in a matter of minutes.
Attendee feedback can provide the sponsor and speaker with valuable information. To gather attendee reactions immediately following the program, Speakermic gives you the option to post an online evaluation at the conclusion of the presentation.

Sale of Merchandise Sponsors using Speakersmic's Registration Services or Marketing Services may sell program related materials through our system. You establish your product pricing. We charge 10% of all merchandise purchased through Speakersmic's payment processing system. There are no additional charges associated with the sale of the 30 day archive or program materials available for download.
Speakersmic can also produce a CD-ROM or DVD of your live web event. We charge $250 to convert your program to CD-ROM and $500 to produce the DVD. There is also a $5 production and distribution fee for each item sold. These charges are in addition to 10% of sales.
All merchandise related to a program is available for sale for up to 30 days after the date of the program. If you want to continue the arrangement beyond the 30 days, consider Speakersmic's Extended Marketing Services.
